The online Resume Builder Service of Crossbridge is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. We want to provide a safe and secure user experience. We will use our best efforts to ensure that the information you submit to us is used only for the purposes set out in this policy.

Job Alerts

To become part of our recruitment pool, you will be required to register with us. Your e-mail address will be used for the purpose of keeping you informed, by e-mail, of job opportunities with our clients, training sessions or other news via our newsletter.

Should you decide that you no longer wish to receive this information, you can simply describe by sending us an email.

 

Resume ("CV")

We give you the option of submitting your CV via this website. You can do this either to apply for a specific advertised job or for consideration by our recruitment consultants for positions as they come up. Your CV will be entered onto our central in-house database. This database, including the information relating to you, can be accessed by any of our recruitment consultants working with Crossbridge, under the terms of this policy.

You have the right at any time to ask us for a copy of the personal data supplied by you that we hold. You also have the right to ask us to correct or stop using your personal data.

Your CV will be sent to prospective employers but only following your consent.

 

The Information We Collect and How We Use It

Your personal data, including your name, e-mail address and CV, are held and used by us for the following purposes:

  1. For matching your coded details with job vacancies, to assist us in finding you the position that most suits you, and for providing any other related services to our clients;

  2. For keeping you informed of our services, news and wider developments in your chosen field;

  3. For compiling anonymous salary and other surveys of our candidates.

We do not and will not disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent.

The Data Protection Act 1992

The information that you give us, including your CV and e-mail address, is termed "personal data" under the Belgian Data Protection Act 1992. All the personal data that we obtain from you is held on our central in-house database, and managed by or on behalf of [Crossbridge xxx, address] in accordance with the principles set forth in that Act.
