--------- What will you do?
As Onsite HR Advisor, you will be part of the Large Enterprise team, focusing on the larger customers. You’ll be an HR-expert, who supports the client in their administration concerning workforce. You’ll be located at the client’s office, where you’ll strengthen the team in their HR administration and work on different topics related to the efficiency of their HR processes.
In your role, you will be responsible to offer HR-related support and advice in a flexible and structured way. Next to that, you will:
Answer HR-related questions regarding time registration, absence, employee data, etc.;
Work on topics such as time credit, absence, illness, timetables and the electronic counter;
Offer support on temporary contracts, working students, organizational changes, promotions, etc.;
Solve problems concerning group- and hospitalization insurances, general insurances and reporting;
Inform and advise employees, managers and HR colleagues on questions concerning HR and personnel;
Contribute in a proactive way to the optimization of the clients’ HR processes to increase their efficiency.
