--------- What will you do?
Account Management is acting as a bridge between the company and its customers. The aim of this new position within the Global Petrol team is to support the local customers/franchiser in the BeNeLux. In the petrol segment & card presence business, technical knowledge about terminals and the petrol industry itself play vital roles in selling services to customers.
1. Relationship Management for franchise owners of petrol clients
Single point of contact for existing BeNeLux customers/franchisers in the petrol segment
Operational and strategic sales related to the companies new go-to-market strategy for the petrol industry
Maintaining the relationship by explaining products, (new) solutions and possibilities to clients of your existing portfolio
You will visit your existing clients 3 days a week, where a thorough preparation is essential to enclose big, expensive contracts
Due to the complexity of the installation, you will often work together with an external partner (e.g. system and till integrators)
Give consulting advice about the company products and options to your internal (e.g. marketing, risk/compliance) and external partners
3. Technical Understanding
You are responsible for the whole complex chain
The internal addressing of possible technical problems that may occur, to the correct person. A follow-up and updating the client is a necessary commodity
You will function as a mediator between your clients and internal specialists
After the successful takeover of the duties above and a corresponding personal development, the new position will assume the sales responsibility for local key customers.
