--------- What will you do?
You will be part of a virtual team which manages the operations for a set of large customers (which are both local and international companies). In this virtual team, you will work together with 2-3 senior sales reps to ensure multiple aspects of the relationship with the customers are running smoothly.
Your responsibilities include:
Being the primary contact - on a daily base - for these large customers and for a broad variety of aspects
Building remote (via phone & mail) relationship with the key contact persons of the customer.
Partnering effectively with others internally to ensure a coordinated and efficient execution of the service level agreement in being executed
Serving as the expert to your list of customers for complex information regarding product, pricing, services, and software transitions, promotions, and configurations.
Educating and updating partners on new elements and changes in the contract.
SPOC (single point of contact) for order follow up, service issues and support cases ( including internal escalations and follow-up).

You speak fluently English and Dutch or/and French
