Your division, Large Enterprises, offers payroll- and total HR solutions tailor made for Belgian companies with over 100 employees in Belgium and other countries. This company is the cutting-edge leader in this sector, due to their innovative products and exhaustive services, as well as the unique combination of (post)payroll services and the development and implementation of tools for private and public companies.
Within the division Large Enterprises, you’ll lead and coach a team of payroll specialists. This means that you’ll take full responsibility for delivering, together with your team, correct services to your customers. A strong people approach is key!
Next to that, you will:
realize a profitable turnover and monitor the price/quality ratio;
expand and maintain customer relations together with the HR Partners and Regional Directors;
investigate the needs of customers and promote products and services;
optimize existing processes and systems;
track market evolutions.

We believe that you are passionate about working with people, but next to that it’s also important that you:
hold a Masters degree;
have at least 3 years of working experience, preferably in Human Resources (payroll, social-juridical matters, salary fiscality, etc.);
have strong relational skills: you easily gain trust and communicate fluently;
are interested in HR-solutions, which are more and more technology driven and digital;
learn quickly, because the solutions and service offerings permanently evolve;
are customer- and result-oriented and you take responsibility for realizing targets;
have an entrepreneurial and self-starting spirit – since you work in an interesting and complex environment; you love to collaborate and share;
are fluent in Dutch and French.
It’s a strong plus if you have knowledge of eBIox and some people management experience.
