As a Business Developer, you are responsible for the development of new business opportunities with existing and new clients (from small to large enterprises) concerning ecommerce solutions.
First, you’ll prospect which businesses you could help with your services and solutions. When you have a clear view on what businesses need and how you could help them, you will convert these prospects into clients by approaching and convincing them together with the Account Managers.
You are collaborative and capable of breaking down silos between sales, marketing and other stakeholders to ensure that all team members and departments can contribute to the goals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build a pipline
Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries
Convert prospects into clients
Assist new clients in setting up their accounts in close collaboration support and customer services teams
