--------- What will you do?
As Account Manager for Antwerp-Kempen, you will be part of the new business team, focusing on small&medium business (from 10-100 employees) .
In your role, you will be responsible to identify & approach new potential clients. These relationships, combined with the innovative and high-quality service offerings, will allow you to maximize the growth objectives.
You develop a smart business plan on how to address your market; this includes research and building competitive intelligence
You build though networking in the largest sence customer relationships on all levels (up to ‘C’)
You manage from A-Z the full sales cycle for your target customers
You detect the needs of customers and create win-win situations
You represent the company in all ways (external events, through networking,…)
You connect to and collaborate with various internal stakeholders, ensuring the appropriate, high quality services are being delivered to your customers
You are a ‘consultative’ account manager
--------- Who are you?
It’s important that you like to work customer-centric, besides you’ll need:
A Masters degree (or Bachelor with strong experience)
A first solid working experience in B2B sales
Strong relational skills; it’s about developing new business, not through cold-calling but rather through relationship building
High interest in HR-solutions, which are more and more technology driven and digital
Having a solid judgement on people, situations and opportunities, you’re able to ‘connect the dots’
Learning capacity, because the solutions and service offerings permanently evolve
A highly result-oriented and pragmatic way of working
Entrepreneurial, self-starting spirit – since you work in an interesting and complex environment; you love to collaborate and share
Dutch as mother tongue and fluent in English
